Pallet Roasters on Howe

I know how upset everyone was in downtown when they heard that the Nestle Tollhouse Café closed its doors, and you could no longer purchase those delicious 12 packs of mini cookies.

But recently a new shop has stepped in and has been working tirelessly to make that location a coffee and bakery haven. Who stepped in you may ask? (If you're asking you didn't read the title and I'm very concerned about your reading abilities). Pallet Coffee Roasters!

Pallet has been around for years but never in Downtown, Vancouver so this will be its first venture out into the heart of the city. The store is set to open July 24th, and the city is a buzz (get it?) with anticipation.

You'll be able to get amazing coffee and all kinds of coffee based drinks made from their personal roasts, some of the most delicious pastries you've ever tried, and even find a roast or two that works for you to take home and brew yourself.

Be sure to stop by July 24th to see what they have in store for their grand opening and tell them that Alfred Drinking Coffee sent you. It literally won't help you in any way but it makes me look cooler than I actually am so do it!

Happy Coffee Drinking,

Alfred Drinking Coffee
