Coffee of the Week: Colombia from Calgary Heritage Roasting Company

The Company

Calgary Heritage Roasting Company found it's inspiration from a trip in the rolling hills of Alberta, Canada. Their focus is to take the experience of enjoying the Canadian outdoors and apply it to their brewing method so when you have their coffee you are enjoying the experience as well.

The Coffee

The Colombian roast had a grand balance of flavors. Hints of Tangerine, with a subtle flavoring note of toffee. This melded together to allow a sweet yet citrus like flavor that allowed for the undertone of caramel to follow naturally with every sip. The coffee itself had a sweet body and smooth finish due to the caramel.

Rating: Exemplary
